Do you take all things into consideration when
advising me on which system to buy? |
| Yes, we
discuss all your needs and give you the best advice
based on all the relevent factors. |

Sales people are expected
to know which models do what and as they may be on
commission will attempt to sell that model which gives
them the best bonus or which models are end-of-life and
need to be sold. Their experience may not be the best to
give you unbiased advice. |

Do you sell systems made by famous names, like
HP, Sony, etc? |
| Yes, we
can but they are not customisable like our own system
and you would have to pick the model nearest to the one
you want. |

High street
suppliers do not normally offer bespoke systems to fit
your needs, preferring to supply pre-built systems by
famous named manufacturers with whom you are expected to
interact with regarding any warranty issues. |

Do you get a physical copy of your operating
system on CD or DVD? |
| Yes, with all
tower systems. |
|
Normally, mainstream
manufacturers do not, preferring to supply a special
area on the hard drive with a copy of the operating
system and other programs. This system falls down if the
hard drive fails and has to be replaced outside of
warranty. Simply put: no disks, no programs can be
installed! |

Do you build bespoke tower systems to suit my
personal or business requirements? |
| Yes, there
are no limits to our systems whether its for personal or
business use. |

Many high streets or
superstores only sell major named brands and these are
pre-built with little or no customisation possible - if
you want something different then you have to buy
another model from their range and hope it fits your
bill in all respects! |

Do you deliver, install and configure my system
to connect to my broadband connection? |
| Yes, we can
deliver, setup the complete system and install your
printer or other devices and get you on the internet.
You only pay a basic charge for the time spent doing it. |

Not all high street
retailers are able to offer this service themselves but
may recommend a third party and for those that do, you
may find that their standard cost is extremely high for
what may turn out to be a simple and quick service. |
